Yummy Yummy Wild Sauce
If you have eaten at a Japanese Steakhouse and had this sauce and you know why its called yum yum sauce.
Wild Green Sauces interpretation of Yum Yum Sauce is made of mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, paprika and water to thin the sauce out. That's it! It's really just a matter of the right ratios of ingredients to get the flavor you want!
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste (or ketchup)
- 3 tsp rice wine vinegar (or water)
- 2 tsp white granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- ADD your favorite Wild Green Hot Sauce to desired hotness
Whisk all ingredients until combined. If you feel the sauce needs to be thinned out, you can add a few teaspoons of water (a teaspoon at a time.) Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
You can use this as a salad dressing, for a dip, to pour over grilled seafood, chicken, meats etc. Trust me it is so good on everything!
